THE STORY

 

 Who is Abbey? Why Abbey? While I was thinking  of a good name, Abbey Road in London sparked on my mind and imagining John, Ringo, Paul, and George crossing the road. Thus,  Abbey Wear Shop was created by end of May 2014 - as simple as that.

 

I'm interested in selling clothes that are not widely available, and classic. Initially, I arranged a wholesale account with suppliers and opened an online shop at minimum expense. I also sell offline.

Our price is a lot lower than what malls can offer during their sales event or even in other tiangges.

 

 I have interest in unique items that fits alternative lifestyle. I started adding  accessories such as bags, wallets, & semi-precious jewelries. Currently, I'm sourcing a new agent to get my stuffs.

 

Abbey Wear is working its way up gradually.  I opened a physical shop in Mandaluyong City which is more accessible to customers in November 2014 and partnered with some resellers nationwide.

As it progress, I continue to assess its viability and think of cost-effective ways to reach more customers.  I know the pay-off is not immediate but when you like what you do, you make it succeed. And that  is extremely important :) .
